It reminds Y/N very well of that feeling she had when she knew Peter was out being Spider-Man every night, and she was at home-either his or her own-and she had no idea what fights or crowds he was getting into. And is now fourteen years of age, doing God knows what in the evenings. Part of her also wishes she’d told Peter about the pregnancy.

She first got to know him as Peter Parker, and to her Spider-Man is quite literally just the mask and the spandex suit. New York, as a city, a place, a concept, is dangerous. So when her girl of fourteen-still little girl in her eyes, though-says she’ll be going out with her friends, to the library, to the coffee shop, or to the park-even though it’s New York-Y/N doesn’t mind, and just reminds her to let her mother know when she’ll be heading back home. You’re difficult to come to terms with or talk to at all. Your clothes and style change nearly every week, and it drives your parents insane. You hate everyone, but you wanna spend time with them. You want nothing, but you want everything at the same time. Y/N supposes that thirteen to sixteen is the worst age to go through, speaking from her own experience. Especially when that kid is a teenager of fourteen years of age.
